The Secret is in The Wall Street Journal Today!
How cool. I'm trying to find it on the web, but when I opened The Wall Street Journal there was an article about THE SECRET!
Quoted in the Article are Rhonda Byrne, the Producer and our very own Pat Thompson in Kansas City!
They were asking her about the big Law of Attraction Meeting we had a couple of months ago in KC.
Pat said the focus of the questions were around how this little movie was able to pull it off.
I think today's is article is the first of a few that will appear in The Wall Street Journal.
This week The Secret is on Oprah!

Can I just ask, does that mean we won`t be able to watch Oprah and the secret teachers on wednesday, as I thought it was a live show.
Correct, we will post as soon as we know what date it will be aired on TV
Note from TV land.... Oprah airs all across the country on different stations at exactly the same time in all time zones. Oprah did this so that folks can literally call each other no matter what part of the country you live in and talk about it with your friends while you're watchin it.
This means her show is LIVE ON TAPE. No editing, just switching from camera angles on the fly. But afterwards the show is put on tape and sent via satellite across the country to all the stations in the morning. Then the station puts it into their system and airs it that afternoon. (I work at a TV station.)
If her show were really live, then it would air an hour differently in every time zone since there would only be one taping of it.
And if memory serves me correctly, I think Oprah actually tapes two shows a day so that she can go on vacation every once in a while and/or do special things like travel to Africa and do charity work....make movies....etc.
Hi Julie, do you know when they send Oprah's tapes overseas for the rest of the world to watch her shows?
Oprah is shown on a National TV station over here - I don't know how far "behind" the shows are here in Australia.
She puts her show on tape so it can be sent out to the stations via satellite from Chicago. Our station doesn't actually get her show through a tape the mail, but via satellite. (We download it and then put it into our computer that airs all the shows at our station.)
I'm assuming her master tape that's used to send the signal via satellite is then archived in a library somewhere in Chicago.
Now I can't say for sure, but I assume that the overseas folks get her show via satellite as well. The good news is, that you guys aren't behind at all and are watching the same shows we are in the U.S.
In 15 months you will be able to download most telivision shows to your cell phone and watch them there or on your IPod.
Actually Oprah is on twice a day where I live, the same show in the afternoon and later at night.
Julienne you will probably be able to find the show on youtube within a few days of it being aired. That's how I saw the Larry King show :-)
